Meet Dr. Ilya Chern

Driven by Personal Experience, Backed by Medical Expertise

Hi, I’m Dr. Ilya Chern, Medical Director of Frio Cryotherapy and Wellness in Tequesta, Florida. For 23 years, I was the Medical Director of a busy Emergency Department and also served as Chief of Staff at two major hospitals. After battling a COVID-19 infection with severe complications in 2020, I embarked on a personal journey to restore my health.  After prolonged literature research I developed the NAD Vitality Blend which restored my health; my family and friends then asked me to share the compound with them, and were very happy with the improvement in their health.  At their urging we decided to make this available for all our patients.
